You know you’re getting old when

There are many physical reminders when we get old. In no particular order they are; age spots, hair loss (men), crow’s feet, gray hair, weight gain, fatigue, etc. There are also other signs that you’re getting old that have nothing to do with physical attributes.
You know you’re old when you have owned an album for 3 or more decades in 5 different formats.
In 1978 - 8-track tape.
In 1983 - Cassette tape.
In 1987 - Vinyl
In 1994 - CD
In 2005 - MP3
You know you’re old if you watched these TV programs.
1965 - Lost In Space
1966 - The Monkees
1967 - Speed Racer
1972 - Captain Kangaroo
1972 - H.R. Pufnstuf
A little humor:
I feel like my body has gotten totally out of shape, so I got my doctor’s permission to join a fitness club and start exercising. I decided to take an aerobics class for seniors. I bent, twisted, gyrated, jumped up and down, and perspired for an hour. But, by the time I got my leotards on, the class was over.

You know you’re old when you imediately equate and notice the play on words in the title of the previous blog with a Edwin Starr song entitled “War” (what is it good for). Guess part of that comes from growing up in Motown! Keep up the good work.

I watched all of these programs when I was 7. I wish I had them still.
