And, believe it or not this is a rare happening. ;-) Stumbleupon is my first choice of social media sites. The only thing I don't like is the new share feature. I like to be sent selected articles by friends who actually picked who to send them to based on their knowledge of their friends' interests. Those who click share and blanket spam all their friends don't impress me as being a thoughtful people at all. I agree 100% with everything you have expressed in this article. I want to build up my karma on Reddit, but you can't even comment from one post to the next without having to wait 10 minutes. And with Digg, you can't shout to more than 100 people at a time, and you have to wait in between shouts to get everyone.
