I know after I send this I’m going to be the most unpopular person on this site, but gotta do it. I’m not very technologically savy and I am thrilled by the comments that no one is advocating her right of “free speech” to do what she did because it’s discusting. I can’t help but feel that as much as the internet benefits our lives it can hurt it more. Just because we have the technology doesn’t mean we have to or should use it. Frank’s previous blog about the guy that committed suicide while being encouraged by people online sickened me. I was too upset about it to even comment on that one. I know, I know, no one here condones what that pychotic witch did but it wouldn’t have happened if those sites weren’t available. Internet is a double edged sword…that’s all I’m saying. Thanks for letting me vent though.

I agree and I am not happy, but the society in which we live in will make life hard on her and her daughter, it’s just the way things happen.

Unfortunately, this female beast will not get what she truly deserves as far as prison time is concerned. However, the prison she built for herself, her daughter, and her family with any community anywhere they choose to live in the world, will be a life sentence for them all. The disgust and contempt of all who know her and her family will exist as long as they live. Justice has a way of prevailing after all. Rest in peace Megan Meir, for this beast, nor her family will ever know peace again.

I hope that the parents of the young girls hire a good lawyer and file a wrongful death suit against her. It won’t bring their daughter back, but this crazy woman will have to pay for what she has done

Lori Drew is a witch who should be burned at the stake. It’s incredible that in our screwed up society, stealing 100 bucks (i.e., larceny over a hundred dollars)is a felony but causing a sweet young girl to kill herself is a misdemeanor. Incredible.

I just heard on CNN that the verdicts are in and they’ve released the info on which count is the “deadlock”.

It was the conspiracy count. They have issued a “mistrial” for that one count but the others are in and waiting to be read aloud in the court room.
