High Tech at the Chicago Air & Water Show

If you live in Illinois, this is a must see event with friends and family! The Chicago Air & Water Show is the largest spectator event in the United States and the longest ongoing show of its kind in North America.

In the beginning it was known as “Family Day Celebration” in 1959, the show has grown to the oldest and largest free admission air and water exhibition in the United States. Expect to see crowds reaching an average of 2.2 million annually, it is one of the largest spectator events in the world.

Navy Pier is full of Turkish delights this weekend at this Mediterranean festival celebrating its third year. In addition to the Turkish food and coffee, there will be Ottoman-era marching bands and Whirling Dervishes.

It looks to be a fun packed weekend in Chicago!
