		<description>It is true that some cards have a lot of fees, but usually fees are associated with cards that have extremely high comparatively high minutes. Th extreme high minutes are intended for customers who make long calls in time and are rewarded by higher minutes but they are expected to make lower number of calls. It is a matter of trade off and not fraud, or you can say a different product. Do not expect that all cards are the same. However, SKYPE may be a good product, but my site has seen customer returning back due to low quality of connection according to their opinion. We will see if SKYPE will be able to maintain quality with the increase in the number of subscriber in the future or not.</description>
