Amazon Email Verification Phishing Scam

There’s an email purporting to be from Amazon.com, claiming that you must confirm, update and verify your account information at Amazon.com E-mail Subscriptions by visiting the link in the email.
The email is not from Amazon.com. It is a phishing scam that’s designed to steal bank account log in details and other personal information from Amazon customers. Delete this email immediately and do not click any links in the email.
The phishing website is http://problemdollars.ru. This domain is a .ru which is from Russia.

Have you contacted Amazon? I suggest that you do and explain that you didn’t receive a confirmation email. Your transaction may have been denied or another reason might explain why you didn’t receive confirmation. Have you checked your spam folder?
