Email forwarding is a bad practice unless you strip out all the other addresses . . . like petitions, virus warnings, promises of wealth and giveaways and such, do your correspondent a favor and do a little research first.

I always go to snopes when I get a story that sounds suspicious. The one I really wanted to believe was the one about Mars being closest to the earth and being highly visible. The photographic opportunity just lured me in.

I use snoops as well and found it to be most effective.
